The Hotel Supreme, Diamond Hall, buzzed with pride and inspiration last July 19 as six remarkable graduates took center stage at the Testimonial Dinner for the May 2025 Licensure Examination for Public Accountants. The event served as both a celebration of achievement and a beacon of hope for future CPA aspirants.
The testimonial dinner brought together faculty, students, and families to honor the exceptional performance of our College in the May 2024 CPA Licensure Examination. With numbers that speak volumes about our institution’s commitment to excellence, the University of the Cordilleras achieved a remarkable 68.75% passing rate.
Out of 9,533 examinees nationwide, 3,156 successfully earned their CPA licenses. Most notably, our first-time takers achieved a perfect 100% success rate, a testament to the quality of education and preparation provided by our dedicated faculty.
Six distinguished graduates graced the evening with their inspiring testimonies, sharing their unique journeys to CPA success. Josielyn Flores, CPA, Ronnel Lopez, CPA, Khimson Jhun Licyayo, CPA, Christian Cando, CPA, Rohan Treptor, CPA, and Claire Poliwos Dulag-Taynan, CPA each offered valuable insights into their preparation strategies, challenges overcome, and the support they received from the College throughout their journey.
